Everbuild 201 MORTAR ADMIX - 5L
Mortar Admix is an air entraining plasticiser that replaces lime in the mix to provide an easy to work “butter like” consistency to the mortar and to prevent shrinkage, cracking and crazing during the setting process. For use in brick laying and plastering mortars. Provides a degree of frost resistance and long term resistance to freeze-thaw cycles when set. Tested to BSEN934-Part 3.

CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES
▪ Out-performs traditional Vinsol Resin Based plasticisers (see specific data).
▪ Contains a special additive which keeps air in the mix longer than most other competitive admixtures.
▪ Improves trowelability.
▪ Easier tamping down and alignment.
▪ Improves workability.
▪ Provides resistance to freeze/thaw cycling down to - 2oC in both wet and dry mortar.
▪ Chloride ion content <0.1%
▪ Reduces bleeding.
▪ Replaces lime in mix, hence reduces possibility of lime bloom and efflorescence.

This is our STANDARD DELIVERY. Unlike most websites we do not charge extra for the next day or Saturday service*. We feel this offers excellent value for money. In the rare circumstance that the delivery is not attempted on time for any reason beyond our control (e.g. the courier missorts the parcel) we DO NOT offer a refund on this charge, it is not guaranteed.
* Saturday delivery is not available to some remote locations.

We do not like having to add this surcharge, however this is the extra we have to pay to deliver to those areas. We are aware that some companies such as 'Royal Mail' do not add a surcharge, but they also have a long list of prohibited items that we cannot send with them. Unfortunately a number of our best sellers appear on this list.
