When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day for 'next working day' delivery (this even includes Saturday's to some postcodes). Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the total value of your basket. We offer free delivery on orders over £60. Full details are available on our 'Delivery and Returns' page.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking details from our courier (APC) at approximately 8:00pm on the day your order is dispatched. APC will also send a 2 hour delivery slot via text and email on the morning of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can amend or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland. Please note that certain parts of Scotland are classed as remote areas by our courier and incur an additional surcharge.
